Software Engineer (Junior/Senior)

We are looking for a Software Engineer and techie who loves to code and helps us take our services and web apps to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional programming in F#
  • Co-create our architecture
  • Ideation and feature design in collaboration with financial experts and customers
  • Potential focus areas (depending on interest)
    • Web design
    • UI/UX
    • Server-side APIs
    • Financial modeling in our engine
    • Databases
    • Automation and DevOps (CI/CD)
  • Code reviews, design discussions and knowledge transfer in the team
  • Write tests, fix bugs and continuously improve our code quality
  • Technologies: Fable, React, Elmish, Feliz, AspNetCore, Giraffe, EFCore, Fable.Remoting

Requirements:

  • ETH / University degree (BS / MA) or equivalent education (FH / University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • A passion for technology
  • At least two years of professional experience in software development
  • An interest in functional programming
  • Experience in multiple programming languages of advantage
  • Affinity for finance and financial modeling
  • Ideally experience with Azure, Linux and database technologies
  • Proficiency in English and at least one of German / Italian / French / Spanish
